INVOICING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Please note the below invoicing and payment schedules for tuition fees, after school clubs, All Day Care facilities and school trips.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are invoiced termly. These fees include lunch. The invoices are raised and sent out the half term preceding the term they relate to and the final payment date is the first day of the term the invoices relate to.
For example, invoices for the summer term would be sent out after the February break and the final payment date would be on the first day of the summer term. These dates will be clarified on each invoice.
After School Clubs
Clubs are chosen in the first week of term, to then start running in the second week and have any alterations made. We will then charge for clubs in the second or third week and the payment deadline for these will be on the first day on the half-term break.
All Day Care Facilities
All Day Care is booked and used on a flexible, day-to-day basis. As such, use of these facilities will be registered and charged in arrears on the last day of term. The payment deadline will then usually be the first day of the term to follow.
Please note that there will be a late payment charge of £50 applied after 6.00pm passes when ADC ends. A further £50 will be applied after every 15 minutes from that point.
School Trips
We will try and give good notice of school trips coming up via letters going home with the children. An invoice will also be sent notifying you of the payment required for the trip and the payment deadline will usually be a couple of days before the trip takes place.
Humanitas Charity Donations
Chatsworth Schools work in partnership with Humanitas, a charity that provides schools and education to children in Africa and you will notice a £10 donation amount on your termly invoices. This donation is completely optional so if you would prefer to withdraw from the scheme, please do write to let us know as that will be no problem at all.
REGISTRATION FEES AND DEPOSITS
The registration fee is £150.00 (non-refundable) for all children. The deposit is £1500.00 in advance for the year group to be joined. The deposit is returned once all fees and additional invoices have been paid.
