We have an active parent community, Friends of Griffin House (FOGH), which works to enhance the education and other aspects of the school by holding fund-raising and social events for both children and parents. They put on several excellent events throughout the school year, such as the Fireworks Night, the Christmas Fayre, Breakfast Mornings, the Summer Fayre, the Summer Parents’ Party, and much more!

Parents can get involved in a range of ways, from volunteering as Form Rep or participating in the core FOGH team, to volunteering occasionally in calendar events or with FOGH second hand uniform sales. FOGH also meet approximately once each half term and all parents are more than welcome to attend.

A proportion of funds that the FOGH events raise over the course of each academic year is also donated to an annually selected charity.
