This week is Mental Health Awareness week and the theme this year is “kindness”.
Being kind and showing acts of kindness brings many benefits. As well as being the right thing to do, it is also good for your mental health, can reduce stress and cheer you up. During the daily catch, pupils have shared their acts of kindness with with some examples below:
Isabel made a birthday card to celebrate Callum’s Birthday.
On Monday Filip helped his Mummy to make French toast.
Matthew’s act of kindness was to let his sister Emily choose the movie for movie night even though it wasn’t her turn.
Charlotte and Edward rescued a pigeon with a broken wing and took it to the animal hospital.
Olivia and Arabella rescued a butterfly from the paddling pool and put it in the bushes.
